Control Panel Access

Your web hosting control panel is located at http://hosting.cvtv.net (note that there is no www in address)


Your web hosting control panel gives you the ability to administer services tied to your web address.
For example, you can create, modify, delete e-mail ending with @yourname.com, and much more.

E-mail Information

Webmail Access – http://webmail.cvtv.net

Spam Filter Settings – Located in the Webmail interface under Preferences

Spam Folder (if Spam filter is enabled) – Located in Webmail and named Junk

POP Access Settings

Incoming POP3 Server Name: mail.yourname.com
POP3 Login Username: you.yourname.com (dot instead of @ symbol)
POP3 Password: Your e-mail password
Outgoing SMTP Server Name: mail.yourname.com
NOTE: SMTP Authentication must be enabled – this is usually a check box.
Depending on your ISP you may need to adjust the outgoing SMTP port to 1025 rather than 25.

IMAP Access Settings

Incoming Mail Server Name: mail.yourname.com
E-mail Username: you.yourname.com (dot instead of @ symbol)
Outgoing Mail Server Name: mail.yourname.com
NOTE: You must enable authentication – this is usually a check box.
Depending on your ISP you may need to adjust the outgoing SMTP port to 1025 rather than 25.
