La Grange, TX – Colorado Valley Communications (CVCTX), a company proudly rooted in Texas, is thrilled to announce that its name will appear on the new food court at the Fayette County Fairgrounds, symbolizing decades of dedication to the local community and the Fayette County Fair Association.

A trusted hometown provider since 1953, CVCTX has made it a mission to support not just the technological needs of the region—but also the heart and soul of Fayette County through donations, service, and partnership.

Local Connection, Local Commitment

Each year, more than 60 local organizations receive donations from CVCTX, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to the communities it serves. In addition to nonprofit support, CVCTX also invests heavily in education, including being honored by Texas A&M University for contributing over $100,000 in scholarships to A&M students over the course of several years.

“Being part of something so integral to the culture of Fayette County isn’t just an opportunity—it’s part of who we are,” said Kelly Allison, General Manager at CVCTX. “We’re proud to call this home, and even prouder to invest in events and initiatives that keep our community strong, connected, and having fun.”

Award-Winning Service

That trust shows—CVCTX has been voted Best Internet Service Provider in Fayette County for eight consecutive years (2018–2025). From ultra-fast fiber to local customer service, CVCTX is proud to offer the kind of reliable, hometown internet Texans can count on.

Fiber-Powered Fair Fun

The new Colorado Valley Communications Food Court isn’t just a name—it’s part of a much larger investment in the Fayette County Fair. Working closely with the City of La Grange and the Fayette County Fair Association, CVCTX buried fiber throughout the fairgrounds and installed Wi-Fi access points in nine key buildings, including the creative arts building, livestock barn, ticket booth, guest services, biergarten, main stage, original fair office, pavilion, baseball office, and exhibit halls.

This infrastructure powers private Wi-Fi for vendors and public Wi-Fi for fairgoers, providing reliable, fast internet during one of the most anticipated events of the year. CVCTX maintains the fiber to the fairgrounds at no charge for 20 years, underscoring their long-term commitment to the event and the community.

The Wi-Fi footprint now covers approximately 875,000 square feet, stretching from the baseball gate to the back entry gate, and from the open stage to the front grass parking rows, enabling seamless connectivity for guests and participants.

The new Colorado Valley Communications Food Court will be a lively hub of fair fun and flavor—offering locals and visitors a delicious place to gather, connect, and celebrate everything that makes Fayette County special.

“Our name may be on the food court, but it’s the spirit of local that truly matters,” said Allison. “We’re not just a service provider—we’re your neighbors, your sponsors, and your biggest fans.”
