Extended Summer Hours
Extended summer hours are returning this year for our business office. Our office will be open Monday – Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-11:30am. Summer hours start on Friday, May 16th and run through Thursday, August 7th. Should you need assistance while our offices are closed, please call our 24/7 Technical Support line at 877-452-9035.

We’re aware some customers are experiencing dropped calls, and we’ve identified the issue as originating from another provider’s network. Specifically, most of these dropped calls are happening when mobile users call our landline customers, with calls disconnecting after a few minutes.
